Join me on my journey to add laser engravers/cutters to our school. I added 16 3D printers, 2 laser cutters/engraving machines, a CNC machine, and a large format Cricut with almost no local funds. Get handouts on laser use, curriculum, projects, and more. Learn from my mistakes and successes to get a leg up on your own school Makerspace.

In this session, we will discuss strategies we are using in our district to bring different data sources together. Google forms, Sheets, and Looker Studio, Oh My to help collect, organize, and visualize data to be more accessible in the classroom and School.

Research has shown the important role that spatial reasoning skills play in aspirations and success in STEM learning, and STEM based careers. We will unpack what spatial reasoning is, how we can embed spatial reasoning it into STEM learning, and test out our own spatial reasoning skills with strategies that can easily be adapted to the classroom.
